Hi, can you make a video to show what exactly is going on because it can be the tail motor or it can need some fine tune.
If you have more specific details i can help you out

okay i see, i don’t have the switches on the back of my trasmitter, but just to be sure, its a 2.4Ghz and the helicopter is rotating counterclockwize correct?in this case: put the rudder trim all the way to the left, then turn on the transmitter and connect the helicopter, let it initialize. put the trim back to center position. this schould give you a lot more power to the tail motor
and you should be able to fly.
i will make a video on this subject as soon as possible

BuzzFly is a full 4 channel FP helicopter.
Great for indoor flying + a lot of fun.

Not recommended for beginners with no fly experience!
